Spring / Summer 2007

Hello all!
Sorry it took so long for the updates! It's certainly has been a cold start to our spring; however we are still pushing on ahead.  We hope the weather doesn't hold you back.

We will be offering beginner - advanced lessons, and a variety of English and Western styles. We are also working on driving, and therapeutic certification.  Our trainer, Andrea, has completed and surpassed her required year of volunteering at High Hope's. I [Kim] have also started volunteering at this time.  We also have a show season around the corner for those of you who would like to compete for the first time or have done it and enjoyed it.

We are getting geared up for our summer camps too. Beginner summer camp will be held June 25th - 30th.  The hours are 10:00am - 2:00pm. Riders will learn the ABC's about care and horsemanship. We will provide snacks and plenty of drinks. Riders will need to bring a brown bag lunch except on Friday. The cost is $275.00 with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, which will guarantee your space. We are limiting the group size and have some children already signed up.  So, if you’re interested please contact us soon to ensure your spot.  Intermediate camp will be offered on July 9th - 13th.  View this year's summer camp pictures here...

We also have farm-half leases available, too.  The benefits are you get to have extra riding time and get to feel what it's like to form a bond or a relationship with a horse. Also, you’ll take part in the care of the horse for those who want to learn more than just riding. You'll get a chance to see if this is for you or your child without the commitment and full expense of owning your own horse.

We are also expecting two Gypsy cob foals to be arriving at beginning of summer. They will be offered for sale.

So, if you’re on the fence about getting started or a parent that has watched your child have all the fun, you are invited to sign up for lessons yourself.  It's never too late and you're never too old to live out a dream.

It's good exercise, discipline, and teaches everyone respect for the horses while having fun!

Thank You for visiting us and hope to hear from you soon.
